I used Autotrans twice, shipping cars from NSW and Melb to Perth. Pretty professional and easy to use.

I used CEVA (TNT) recently to get a car from QLD to WA, good service. Took about 2 weeks and was around $1600.

Used autotrans from Brisbane to Perth. No dramas, wait time was a tad longer than expected tho.

Fly over and drive the great ocean road and then put it on a train / truck from adelaide to perth.

You also get to check that the car is as described.

As mentioned above, used CEVA to transport a car from Sydney and TNT (before they were CEVA) also from Sydney. They were great, cost about $1100, and last one took 10 days from memory.
