Where to dispose of tyres ?

Hey there guys and girls , just wondering if anyone knows where to dispose of tyres for free ? like a tyre disposal joint that don't want to charge to get rid of em ?

Ive tried so far

The local tip. (dont take tyres)
Bob Jane (charge like $30)
