anyone know wall ovens?
I have an old Chef Coronet wall oven that no longer heats up. Is it worth servicing or better off buying a new one?

may find that parts (especially if its older) are expensive and difficult to source. May be cheaper to get a new one and it will be more energy efficient too.

The Chef ovens are one of the cheaper ones. To replace it you will be looking at around $600.00 bucks. Try Rick hart seconds and it may be even cheaper. Just make sure you go with the same size as the hole will need to be the same or your cost will sky rocket. You should be getting a sparkie to do it as you will be working on live wires.

if its one of hte ones with the exposed heating element at the bottom, a $30 part will fix it.. we've had one go and it was about $29 and took about 2 seconds to plug in.. easy as !! just turn the power off first!!!!
