been to Hillarys Hippo creek great service, Best Steak Ive had!!! I only had the 500g T bone though

Buffet's are pretty average.
Although cafe at the hyatt is the best.

Actually at dragon seafood restaurant in northbridge they do all you can eat steamboat! Thats the bomb.... get the spicy steamboat!
The only thing is they charge you if you have anything on your plate that you cant finish.
