Hi All,

I downloaded a free app onto my IPod Touch the other day, it was crap so I deleted it, but now when I use other apps that I've downloaded I get these annoying ad banners at the bottom or top of them.

I've done a search but cant find much info - anyone know how to get rid of them?

So apps that previously didn't have ads now do? Was that the first time you downloaded something to your iTouch?

Free apps usually have ads, purchased ones don't.

Yep, previously downloaded apps now have ads. No, this wasnt the first app I've downloaded. Any idea how to get rid of the ads?

May have to consult apple. Have you tried to restore factory settings??

If that fails, use a sledge hammer and a bout of colourful language.

Some of the free apps initially have no banners but when you update them later they are added.
