Opinion on Maxxis UA 603 Tyres

These are for mums 2000ish Mazda 626 so no need to give me shit about cheep tyres cos I put good stuff on the rocket. Don't need to be high performance but are they a good tyre or are they crap that they are passing off as a good tyre.

Quoted $134 fitted and balanced for 195 60 R15's. Is that about par for the course?

Haven't bought anything other than RE070's in that last 5 years so nothing really to compare the price to.
