its actually not a part of any holidays, its accrued RDO's and Public holidays. So its getting paid normally for bieng at home and spending the time with the family. Holidays are totally seperate.

But lets say we drew straws for who worked over midnight on 31-12-1999 and

Not sure what you do but 99% of jobs I can think in Perth of on NYE would involve some interaction with drunk KNUTS. My condolences to anyone working NYE.

My workplace is 24/7 365, and have already been told will be working, also over christmas/ new years night as well. It is our busiest time.. anyone guess my profession lol?
