mobile vehicle inspector

a friend is interested in buying a car from westside wholesalers and she wants a mobile vehicle inspector to have a look although there is a report available.She said that rac and sgio do not offer this service anymore.
anybody know anyone who can help? its a 2005 holden astra.thanks
