a friend is interested in buying a car from westside wholesalers and she wants a mobile vehicle inspector to have a look although there is a report available.She said that rac and sgio do not offer this service anymore.

I don't know of any but if the place really wants to sell a car, they shouldn't have a problem with you taking it off site for an independent inspection. If they won't allow you, good chance is there's something to hide.

ps. wouldn't trust an SGIO or RAC check anyway. I only say that based on one experience however.

Someone like Bluestar (ie a qualified mobile mechanic) would probably do an inspection for you, at an hourly charge out rate.
