There are now what looks like permanent cameras on Leach, are these speed cameras on corner of Carrington and Stock so far Ive seen. They cant be red light as they are pointing away from the traffic lights. Does anyone know? ( sorry about the large pick karnt be farked resizing)

No fixed camera's 'as yet' they're traffic cameras. It is inevitable, a bullbar should sort them out quick enough though

yeah I know they are doing trials for point to point speed camera's which measure ur average speed, as well as dual use redlight/fixed speed cameras. There is a fixed red light/speed camera in the city on Riverside Drive. I've seen it go off about 12 times for speeding motorists, however, because no law is passed regarding its use, its purely in testing mode at the moment.
