Default House renovating - need tradesmen

Hey guys, if you have your own business or can recomend people who can actually do a half decent job without ripping me, need the following tradespeople pls:

Repaint inside house and outside barge boards
Air con installer 1 large split in living area and 1 baby in master bedroom
Retic and garden tidy up / plant out (natives)
Electrician to install downlights through out house
Ceiling insulation installer
Carpet supplier and installation for bedrooms and one living area
Blinds supplier and installer.
Shower doors?
TV aerial installation including a couple of points.

Yes, I know I could do some of this myself but don't have the time as I am FI/FO from China at the moment
Thanks AL

I highly recommend Sink Warehouse in Osborne Park if you aren't around to project manage. Speak to Mike.
We just renoed a bathroom and they did a top job. They even did a few extra things for free, like when I asked to install an extra powerpoint for the BBQ area & a shower caddy.
Make use of their tradies while they are there to get the extra bits done & save on callout fees.

Dunno if ur still searching for tradies but I've done a bit of renovating recently n would recommend the following:

Electrician: Britannic Electrical Services (Ballajura). Did an absolutely awesome job on my patio and interior lighting. Also, just be careful with the downlights if ur putting in insulation (ie fire hazard).

Carpets: Trevors in Osborne Park. The laying was absolutely faultless.

Retic - Elliots in Greenwood. Came highly recommended by several other Retic businesses who were too busy when I was seeking an install. They contract out but I had no problems at all n found them to do a quality job at a very reasonable price. Ask for Geoff.

Shower doors - Balcatta Glass, opposite Bunnings.

Hope that helps. Feel free to PM for more info.
