but wouldnt those intercoolers be pointless considering the air would flow around them rather than through?

Ive seen a STI engine in a quad bike before, should be able to you tube it. You can even here the blow off valve on it as he changes gears

It looks cool, but it's a flawed concept. All the longitudinal engined bikes I can think of (BMW, Guzzi, Goldwings etc) are all shaft drive. Turning the drive 90deg just so you can chain drive it seems dumb.

Oh, and it's a RS Legacy engine not a WRX engine. They have rattly lifters and are just about worthless.

this was in zoo ages ago. mad bike! Also didnt know it was a Legacy engine, Zoo said it was a 2.5ltr wrx motor aswell from the US.

Sure, why not. It sounds better in the story.....
FYI, ribbed cam covers below the spark plugs = bunky old pre 1994 engine.

Its actually just a solidworks drawing so it can be what every you want it to be.
