I'm building with them atm, should be finished in a couple of weeks. They've been pretty good over all, few quabbles about the price of things, but thats the same with all builders.

As Kym said, there's always horror stories about every builder, and then on the flip side there will be the same amount of people who had no problems and are so happy with how it turned out!

Well now that I'm working for them, you can all just talk to me about any issue or hesitation you may have and I can work through it for you.... Real Estate is like workshops, all have horror stories of some kind, but most are generally as a result of miscommunication and lack of information provided from both sides of the field, I'm working on making sure I never have a lack of info or miscommunication at all.
