I absolutely can also not believe that apparantly it is the "police's fault".

The thing is, the cops aborted the chase because it was too dangerous in that area.

The abos kept going because they didnt want to get caught regardless, and the car got smashed and people died.

No ones fault except their own!!!

Then you get all the families of the deceased saying its the cops fault, they shouldnt chase cars, etc...well maybe people shouldnt be stealing cars!!

Its simple really. Do the crime, suffer the consequences. Steal a car and die in a horror smash, well thats no ones fault but their own. At least they didnt take out any other innocent road users!!
