The wife and I are at a cross road at the moment. We are in Kingsley in a 4x2x2 and trying to figure out what the best option would be.

1) Renovate the house just a little to make it livable ie replace electric hotplates with gas, maybe new carpet and get the gardens looking shmick again before then moving out into maybe a 5x2x2 with room to make it a triple garage. OR......

2) Stay here long term and renovate the shit out of this place. New kitchen, all new floors, repaint, full new ensuite, turn front formal lounge into theatre room which would involve bricking in one area, turn double garage into triple, new patio and the list goes on.

3) Sell this house and the house we have in Dalyellup and find something noice.

Anyone a builder or architect on here who could give us some advise on things and maybe rough costings?
