Ribs glorious Ribs
 
So with Davo mentoring me i decided to have a crack at making some of his ribs. It was only a small batch to see how it all works before i had a crack at doing substantial quantity.

Davo brought around his 7 and more secret spices and showed how to rub in the basting mix. They rested for 24hrs before i cooked them for 3.5hrs then another 30mins on the barbie. I also cobbled together a basting sauce once they went on the barbie.

Not bad i think for a first try, but i will have the master with me next time round to help finish off and sample the goodies ;)

Cheers for my share dude! You didnt put the cooked meat into the old containers did you? (Just checking before i eat them and get salmonella poinsoning and die.)
