Melbourne CBD Accommodation

Hi Guys,

Need some advice again from the guru. I'm chasing accommodation in Melbourne CBD.

Requirement - 4 Star, Hotel is preferable, close walking distance to food/ shopping. Budget - lets try to stay below $200 per night or cheaper.

Any good suggestion is welcome.
