Difference between Landlord insurance and home+contents
I know it depends and i should read the PDS but what's the main difference?
- land lords will cover me for loss in rental revenue + damage - home - will it cover me if the tenenat smashes all the windows for instance? - contents - as above but something portable? In short if I already have home insurance then land lords will only cover me for loss in rental revenue?
