Carpet Layer

Looking for someone or a recommendation for a carpet layer for a 3x4.

Have been getting really random pricing 'as high as $990 from Carpet Call to $550 from Carpet Kingdom for the same product.

Willing to pay in a way most beneficial for person undertaking job.
