Now this thread has been revived, we are building a new house and have negotiated for a 12.5kw Fujitsu ducted system to be installed with the house.

The unit will need to cool around 260sm, I have asked for a price to upgrade to a 15kw unit however the builder insists this isn't required.

What sort of kw are you guys running and what size area is it cooling?
