just lodge a police report Cameron, then lodge a claim with your insurer. You will have to fork out your excess until they get him to cough it up, but let them persue him. They have a whole department called recoveries that do this for a living.

The guy who hit my car is trying to dodge paying my insurance company the cost of damage (his excess is too high coz he is a p-plater) so they are going after him. Luckily, because my fiance works for my insurer she has me well trained and told me what details I need to get off him to avoid having to pay my excess until they can recover it off him. If you get name, phone number, address and rego, they have enough info to track him down and you don't have to pay the excess, and therefore, don't get left out of pocket.

haha this is what happens when you live with an insurance worker... I get all the stories. I could probably get a job there quite easily...

nice work dude!

i had a hit and run on my MY99 a few years ago at my gym, unfortunatley didnt see him and no witnesses, was a 4wd coz i could tell by the height, shattered my window, had to carefully removie it before i left. Can honestly say its one of the most pissed off id ever been, hate dickheads who do hit and runs!

someone tried to do it to my younger bros impreza at bullcreek train station last year as well, luckily a good samaritan left a note on my bros windsheild with the vehicle make and rego number! got the fucker, we nearly went roudn there ourselves to dish some abuse but probably wouldnt of been a good idea so just reported it instead.

Have narrowed it down to a 2000 - 2001 Green Hyundai Accent.
Paint missing from the area shown, is consistent with damage to my car.

Rego = 1DIK238 - How Ironic

Incident Occured - Feb 24th 2011 @ 11:25PM, Jetts Canning Vale.

Nah - I figure it would be a good idea to keep a record online somewhere so I cant possibly lose the details.
