Speed Camera inside white van ?

Hi Guys,

Just passing by Applecross area, suddenly V1 alarm went off, slowed down a bit, can't see any camera, but I saw a white van parked there. I also saw an operator inside the van busy with his touchscreen LCD stuff.

I did make a U turn and went down to same road. This time is with my iPhone on hand
