Putting aside collecting stuff.. i do the occasional RC cars, got mine to reach 100kph but it can get really expensive!

Generally DH/AM Mountain Bikes, but I've just purchased a DJ/Street frame I'm building up, since I built a few BMXs and just didn't feel comfortable, I've gone for the middle.

Also Drums, teaching myself guitar again, and any tinkering I can do in the shed.
