PGR 3 and Ghost Recon are the games i got with mine.

Ghost Recon is fucking awsome.... damn smooth and addictive, and PGR3 puts GT series to shame big time.

When's that dune buggy game they had previews for at the launch coming out? There was also some first person style fighting game where they jump off some hover type thing then it blows up.. That looked soooo good.

I'll wait a good six to twelve months before picking one up. When they're nice and cheap and easily hackable (maybe with some good games too), I'll jump up and get one.

Yeah they would have to be hackable before I'd get one. $120 for a game isn't it?

Flew in from work yesterday and the mrs had it there for me. Will be heading down to EB games tomorrow for a looksey thats for sure.

Ive never followed the xbox before but the graphics and detail in the two games i have now, are unbeliveable.... definately a big fan of it now.

had a bit of a barney with the missus, get home from work the next day and theres an xbox 360 waiting to be hooked up..

been thrashing tiger woods 06 and have pgr3 but havent had time to get stuck into it..

love the 'couch zone' now i dont have to get up and stuff around with cords and turning it on/off and shit..

What is pgr3? How is it better than GT?

Project Gotham Racing 3.

It's definitely prettier than GT4, the 360 hardware is certainly more powerful than the PS2 and if you've got a hi-def TV then you're laughing, but personally I don't think it's as good a game.

PGR is a more arcade style racer, so if that's your cup of tea then you'll likely love it. I prefer more sim oriented racers, so GT4 is still king of the hill for me. Give it a play though and form your own opinions, it's well worth checking out at any rate.
