I haven't spoken to him about it for a bit, but hopefully the insurer has now sorted it out!

installed this last week onsite - 120 users - connected by cisco switches and routers via 80mtr pre-term fibre from the comms room.

we dont use cable management up here as they are more trouble then they worth in the circumstances. We have a standard we need to follow. The ru gaps in the rack are for the krone systems getting installed next week and the wave IP units as well as the fobot up in the top. Those 2 krone panels have been taken out also. The design is done by Perth - we just install it. Add another 3 switches to that as well - then cable management systems become cracked and broken from the weight of the cable. Velcro is best and can take the weight.

Some vertical management at the very least would help, both installs look messy and take up way more room than they should. But if someone else is doing the design, then I guess you can only do what you're told.

Also should probably check the minimum bend radius on that fibre patch lead in the second pic as it plugs into the switch
