Ahh, i wouldnt say TPG is the cheapest anymore. The 20gig/$50 & 30gig/$60 have both now become $60 for 10 gig on 1.5Mbit.

I've recently transfered to Optus, very happy with them. The pricing was great and when i ran into some problems, i didnt have to wait hours on the phone to get it sorted. ie telstra/tpg

Their broadband 2 is the cheapest i've seen though, however I can't get it yet. But my 1.5Mb/20G capped account went up from $50 to $70 at the beginning of the year, so they no longer have the cheapest regular broadband.

For dial up i use Net Unlimited. Never had a single problem.

For ADSL, both Amnet and Westnet were great help to me trying to sort out my problems.. Especially westnet, who tried hard to get ADSL connected but my lines are shit apparently
