Jill Meagher found dead.. capital punishment?

Man charged with rape, murder of Jill Meagher - ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation)

This guy raped and murdered this girl. In cases like this where its clear cut and no doubt, should we bring back the death penalty?

I think in the cases where its pre-meditated murder with no doubt, yes. Capital punishment should apply.
