Think about it this way, in the end your going to be paying this amount maybe more by the end of the season

My only concern is what happens if you get injured etc and can't play, I understand the reasons behind it though.

Maybe we pay for half the season, this will sort out who is going to stick around.

If you get injured and can't play for the rest of the season or a few weeks I will refund the weeks you were injured, but if you don't show or can't play for what ever reason apart from injury I won't. Sound fair.
