it's called demand and perth's population is too small. once it's built ppl will go once and then complain that it's too expensive and never return.

wtf is the point of that, no point building hotels if no ones gonna stay in em, u sed we need some safe lively venues. Aint no one gona stay in a hotel if theres nothing to do. And no way should they destroy the cott!!! that IS one of our few lively venues. Do not destroy the cott!!!! Build one next ot the cott, dont destroy the cott for a hotel. Kinda late on the thread, but yeah....

Early 70's - went once with family when I was a dozen years old or so... "Yanchep Sun City" Lion Park. Sh!t that brings back some memories.
