Default Speed camera calibration information

Hi guys,

I thought this might be a good resource to find some information in regard to calibration data on speed cameras. A friend of mine has had an encounter with a camera and we are trying to work out what calibrations have been done on it before he goes and sees a lawyer.

The camera in question is a Poliscan Camera (PS-645898).

The information we are trying to obtain is 1) the error associated with providing speed information and 2) last time of calibration and 3) if the camera has been validated for speeds of 150 km/hr.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Long story short, the multis are very very accurate and its very difficult to disprove their readings.

Best of luck to "your mate"......

Poliscan is good up to 250km/h and accurate to + or - 2km/h. These new LIDAR's are very bloody accurate. They can produce (or should be able to) a log of calibration if you do want to question it.

I'm really hoping this isn't the "mate" you talk about with your doctor / psychologist.
