This thread needs more statues, balustrading, Lions, epic staircase, plastic wrapped sofas, Quartz and concrete landscaping.

you need to check if the existing ground can handle the weight of the proposed bespoke concrete lions

Its ok. They will be made out of carbon for less weight.

I can't say anything without watching the first story, If it is more able to build more on it than you can. I think you should ask the builder in your area.
