Default Halloween...

What a pile of crap this thing is... rooted in witchcraft... not gonna go into detail (Google it for yourself), but we simply don't need this stupid Americanism on our Oz calendar.

Flame suit on.

Agreed , but it's no different to Christmas which also has pagan influence and heavily Americanized e.g the red and white santa suit was invented by coca cola.
Make room in your fridge for Thanksgiving turkey

I remember going trick or treating with my sister when I was younger and its a shame you don't see it anymore 'well I don't'.

Gets kids out of the house and allows families to mingle with others families they may not have but for this.

It's your choice how you apply these days, but for my family Christmas was a reason to get together for a day. Within my family gift giving is only to the younger generation now.

Just let the younger generation enjoy it while they can like you did when you were young?

Nice troll.
Off topic means just that... Ok? I can post whatever I want within the moderator's rules... As for "affect me", well, it just doesn't belong in our society. Lesser subjects have been numerously posted on the Off Topic forum IMHO. You might beg to differ, but in the history of Halloween it doesn't look pretty. See here for example.
