Tough Mudder, etc training
Anyone care to share their training tips for tough mudder and other equivalent activities?
Started somewhat a crossfit routine and wanted to get ideas of other exercises/combo out there |
Find the biggest kids playground you can ( I'm sure you already know where it is pervert ) and practice monkey bars and pulling yourself up stuff.
Grip strength / endurance is a must for a few of the harder obstacles. |
Practise laying down, rolling over and crying. That stuff hurts
