yeah thats a pretty old vid.. i guess at the end of the day tyres are a consumable when thats your form of sport. most of them would have tyre sponsors tho and i doubt they are paying $400 a pop

thats d1 stuff, they get given tyres basically...

but as for chewing thru tyres, most of the drift guys locally use 17" tyres at about 100 bux a pop

not huge money but not cheap when you got thru up to 5 sets a event
