Lammington is OK.. fairly ordinary in my books frankly :|
We've bought in Fairways. It's East of central boulder. Fairly new suburb (sub 10 years), newer houses and generally more expensive to rent than other spots, which is a nice way to keep some people away (aren't I sounding all elitist?). Hannans is pretty nice, but they're charging way too much for places up that way. Some new apartments there have almost $400k price tags on them, which is just a joke. |

kal is actually a good place to for investing in for rental returns.
