Lammington is OK.. fairly ordinary in my books frankly :|

We've bought in Fairways. It's East of central boulder. Fairly new suburb (sub 10 years), newer houses and generally more expensive to rent than other spots, which is a nice way to keep some people away (aren't I sounding all elitist?).

Hannans is pretty nice, but they're charging way too much for places up that way. Some new apartments there have almost $400k price tags on them, which is just a joke.

Bit like melbourne. Hien knows what I am talking about.
Buy an apartment for $380K in ST Kilda and get $575 per week rent.

Just a fuck of a place when you want to sell a house!!

3 yrs it took for me to sell mine, and that was a 3bed 2 bath, 2x block sized place with shed etc etc in Lamington.....biggest waste of $$ ever spent

Hopefully you dont have the same prob cabbage.

Thanks mate

We're mostly moved in.. just going through the process of unpacking everything again now.

The wife is already looking at a WRX to trade her Mazda in on, I'm told a black MY03 will look "the goods" in the new driveway.
