Help with Drunk and disorderly in USA
Hey guys,
A friend of mine was recently in the US Hunginton beach, California and was arrested for drunk and disorderly and put in jail overnight. She was charged and was set a court appearance which was much later than her stay there (i.e went back home to Perth). Has anyone had any type of experience with this or does anyone have some suggestions as where we can go to get information about the court appearance or how it can be dealt with from Perth without having to hire a U.S lawyer. She wants to return to the U.S but asfaik there will be a warrant for her if she arrives in the country and this matter hasnt been cleared up. Any help much appreciated.
