Guilford is nice, Stratton is in a convenient spot (dated a girl there for a short while) and the Swan Valley is all good, but they're not the hills. I lived in Mundaring for a long while, my mother has a house there still. I'd love to live back in the area one day, it's my favourite area around Perth. Close enough to get to the city every day if you have to, but far enough away from the city that it's nice and quiet. Great roads and very little traffic police presence. |

Love the hills, if I didn't love the beach so much I would move up there in a flash. Some great houses up that way and a nice peacful vibe.......well till I start up the rex anyway!

I love the beach too. Had a boat and used to drive from hills to launch at Mindarie to go diving every other weekend during cray season. Still spend all summer at the beach but just love getting away from close quarter living.
More people from hills/foothills here than I thought. Hillbilly pryde |
