Well not that I’m really qualified to answer, but it probably depends on how the marketplace in Perth develops/changes.

Being a Technik customer I went there purely for the quality of craftsmanship from Macey and the great service I received at every point of my business with them. However having seen the problems and situations they had to deal with and the attidues they were forced to encounter in a marketplace destroyed by stores with a “stack em high and watch ‘em fly” mentality to sales and quality componentry it would seem that they may be sitting back to consolidate before re-entering the industry - dependent on said industry shooting itself in the foot

Its a shame to see the guys there put it on hiatus, and I feverently hope to see them back when they are ready and hope that their absence is keenly felt and that quality craftmanship and service is appreciated more in the future.

Macey now works at Westside car audio in Cannington, otherwise you can always goto AudioArt.

Audioart do the same looking install all the time, can be a bit overpriced IMO. and you dont know if you goin to get a good installer on your car,

Macey what sort of work do you do?

yeah its really sad to the the guys at technik go. i had some work done there and the quality of workmanship from macey was nothing less that brillant. Also the advice i got from darren was fantastic, told me straight wat was good and wat wasnt, has helped me alot.

do any places in perth do high high end stuff... eg... focal?
i know you can buy RAW drivers from WAR audio in perth but they dont install them, and i cbf designing a car system.
