Ive seen a few cars here and there with WRC number plates... I was wondering, are these available to the public, or are they for sponsors and such only?

Yeah they are available for public. You can get them from the licencing center. They are essentially a "club" plate.

If its a "club" Plate, I wonder if its possible to make Perth-WRX Plates?

i think it would be a fairly expensvie thing to set up, plus you'll need alot of people that'll commit to getting them.

are clubs ment to be registered?

yea you can make up a club plate as mentioned. just gotta provide Licensing with the logo's, colours etc. i don't think they cost as much as what ppl think they do. from memory i think they cost around $120-$160, can't remember. would be sweet having them, but then again i think would attract unwanted attention
