Nice one Luke, was it a struggle to finish? I had this pork dish at Alt Heidleburg the other week, 1.5kg's of nothing but pork (and bone) couldn't finish it.. Want to redeem myself at the Hippo....

Where is Hippo Creek guys? Alt Heidelberg is one of my favourite restaurants and that Pork shank is crazy!

1KG T-Bone would be interesting though
