Amen..

I remember my lancer having to be recalled due to a steering rack problem 3 yrs after it was produced. After driving to and from kalgoorlie each week in it and to find out that "lucky you brought it back in mate, shes pretty fucked", that was the last mitsi i bought.

Atleast they have been upfront about it and this quick.

Will still be purchasing my VE SS

Every single car has problems, faults and recalls, or didn't you take a look at the Subaru links?

You think your car is perfect, or manufactured to the highest order? They're consumer items built down to a price. Unless you're forking out "Bentley" dollars, it's the same no matter what badge you want to slap on it.

Remember the subaru recall on cruise control cables possibly coming loose and jamming the throttle.....all manufactures suffer from recall status at some point.

We had a mate who had a bently continental turbo R when it was new.....back in the heady 90's .... this thing cost the guy $650,000 and after having it for a year or 2 he ditched it because bently could not fix the steering vibration it had. They even flew a guy out from britain to fix it and he couldnt figure it out. Not Happy Jan!
