busted!
HEY GANG.
got pulled over today by boys in blue, excessive acceleration, anyhoo after the usual routine i didnt end up with a fine....but!, they "said" they've given me 4 weeks to take my car over the pits and get permits for all my mods and once i've done so, to go to the local police station, were they work and let them know, otherwise the next time they see me tha'll give me a yellow licky. ???strange???

So does that mean you actually HAVE to take it to the pits, especially if you only got a warning not a yellow?

I feel strange of it since they didnt give u an yellow sticker and why would they ask u to go for pits
 Maybe it just some warning as in making u fear

No yellow sticker, no need to go to pits.. I think you only get a maximum of 10 days with yellows too
If its permittable, then its legal and the police should already know this...

yep a similar thing happened to me, got pulled over got told my ride height was too low, told me to go get it raised immediatley and that if i didnt he knew where i lived and he'd check up on me and give me a yellow, that was about march, i have so far done nothing, and i have not heard from him at all.
