Can I ask a question about your rims, a mate has a BA & looking to get some.
He's gotten a quote for some 20's but they told him they can only fit 235's. They also mentioned something about a support bar in the ute's that cause problems when rolling.

Have you heard anything like that? I thought maybe because yours are 19's it's a slightly different story.

You can go a 245/35r20 on the falcon or ford utes. Depends on what brand of tyre you put on. In a nexen, I know that it will just touch your inner guard when giving it full lock. But if the vehicle has been lowered, you might just want to go 225/35r20 on front and 245/35r20 on rear. If you want to get more serious, go a 295/30r20 on rear.
The 20" viennas are still about 2 weeks away in 5/120 or 5/114.3 pcd.

not ever done it in any car fast mate.. looked on whereis and it looks pretty tight.. maybe too tight for the ute.. the rear tyre width is 11" measured with a tape.. the rim is 10".. 330mm oem rotors as well adds up to way too much inertia.. when i light it up quick in second the rear shifts 1-2 feet pasengers side which you gotta catch quick or come off into a mini tank slapper.. gotta be mega throttle scrooge.. 330+rwkw/900+Nm

I went for a ride in PLAN B in sydney who was first ute to do an 11 with the LS1's His car had about 350rwkw and he drove around on R comps... made a HUGE difference. The car from the toll gates would spin first and then just spin a lil bit into second and chirp 3rd a bit. But it tracked very straight. He also had a KAAZ LSD. maybe that would be the go too.

hi mate..

like all types of cars there's a few ford edit tuners around perth.. i just went by the general forums consensus and after speaking to a few over the phone..

simon from http://www.xtremefordtuning.com/ had some excellent recommendations from perth and over east, had some great dyno and 1/4 timeslips from his customers and his own cars, is fairly connected with simon from Nizpro as they swap tunes and discuss customers cars quite often between themselves and knows the guys at titans ford pretty well.. i was sold!

didnt even ask other places for prices as i always think if you want good work, money shouldnt come into it.. he changed my car from 198rwkw/450Nm stock to 298rwkw/720Nm for a smaller amount than any other car ive modded..

tell him dave morgan recommended you.. then again he might charge you more as i like to get stuck into him whenever possible
