Default Great service at Albert's Myaree

Just wanted to let everyone know that I recently had a great experience with Bruce at the Albert's Myaree shop.

Another "professional" shop had installed a bit of kit for me, and it soon became obvious to me that the job wasn't up to par. Not being an expert - and wanting to get a second opinion - I went to Bruce and explained my situation to him. We walked through what I was trying to achieve with the car, and they had a look at pretty much everything.

Besides fixing up the obvious problems, they fixed up a few hidden problems as well, and even fixed up the boot latch lid! (the remote lever for it inside the car had stopped working)

So here I am about 2 weeks later as happy as can be, and wanted to pass on to you guys that if you're considering doing any work to your stereo and don't know where to start or want a helpful opinion, then have a chat with Bruce.

Cheers - Nik

Dave @ Alberts is a champ, and they installed my deck , connected everything, and neatened the boost controller install.

Recomended, along with Mick @ Alberts Freo.

alberts morley is a lil dodgy tho.

friend bought me a neon kit to be installed by them, when we picked up the car, one of the neon isn't emitting much light and its clearly pink, not red like its suppose to be.
so took the car back, apparently its a faulty item, so i ask them to replace it, except they said red are hard to find, so they recommend us a blue kit, but because we're changing colour, they want us to pay again for the blue kit, we refused and later on they said they have found another red kit, so they replaced it.

a while after, me and my friend went there again they said they have sold the faulty pink neon to a chick cos the chick likes pink. i guess its ok if the chick is happy with it, even know the guys at morley alberts knew the item is faulty.

anyway, later on, i realised that my neons flickers with wipers and head lights on, so i took it back and ask them to fix it under the 1 year waranty, they said they'll call when the job is done, after a whole day of waiting, no calls received, my friend drove me there, the car was parked outside, and they said they couldn't see any fault, so i turn on the headlight and wipers and neons to show them the flicker, the dude still reckon there is no flicker because he was only relying on the reflections on my exhaust tip in broad day light. then he agreed that there is flickering when i told him to kneel down and look directly at the tube. (they didn't even try hard enuff to find the problem and just assumed there is no fault and left the car out the shop the entire day without a call)

so at the end of the day, he told me to bring the car back another time, but they said not in the next 2 weeks cos apparently the shop is fully booked and a short of staff, and eventually the warranty expired and the neon still flickers.

they have good intial services, but avoiding jobs under warranty.
