Forum chatting (as your link show an example of) is quite annoying really. You spend your time reading it, only to halfway through realise that its a conversation between 2 people and that you've wasted your time reading it because its irrelivent.

Ok point taken - I'll disregard the "chat" bit and concentrate on the SMS factor

Although I was just pointing out the obvious - If you want things to change, you need to enforce it.

You can't enforce it if other "n00bs" notice that your doing it yourselves.... yes it's the Off Topic section... but the n00bs won't and haven't understood this and the dribble will obviously continue.
