Yep 16 million scoville units....its pure capsaicin oil.

Ridiculous.

Stacey is a chilli connosieur, he is into that crazy shit....I'm quite sure he has the half strength version of that particular sauce.

yeah that stuff would knock you on your ass in a heart beat,

nandos sauce does barely even rates on the scoville scale.

best way to counter-act hot foods is avacado/banana/cream/yogurt,

water/coke/orange juice is practically useless and can even make it worse when you get to the real stuff.

http://www.chilliworld.com/FactFile/Scoville_Scale.asp

stace has a bottle of Blairs 3am sauce, 1.5-2 mil scovilles, yet to be cracked open.
http://www.chilliworld.com/SP6.asp?p_id=99

the most i have tried is "The slap heard around the world" sauce at 700,000 sco
http://www.chilliworld.com/SP6.asp?p_id=47

not bad when you compare it to a Jalepeno, which is 2-5k!

I'm growing some Mexican Habaneros at the moment, only a few hundred thousand scovilles..

Coming soon, when I can get them, are some Red Savina's....and Dorset Naga's. The Dorset's will be attempting the Guinness world record for the hottest chilli very soon, at around 8-900,000 scoville units.

"Then you need all new 16 Million Reserve....guaranteed to move your bowls....PERMANENTLY!!"
