The RTM (Released To Manufacturing) version of Windows Vista has been out since Mid December thats Build 6000 any prevoius version has been RC (Release Candidates) versions. The RTM version is slightly different to the RETAIL / OEM Versions that are due out on 30th Jan.

Well actually, Windows Vista RTM (release 6000 as you said) was officially released on 8th November 2006.
