I knew a guy in high school who pulled people over using a navy blue commodore with a magmount blue roof light on the way down south for a laugh.

He lost his licence, and got followed everywhere by unmarked police cars everyday for 3 months. Had to go to court and got dragged over the coals. He did live in Mt Claremonth though and this was around the time of the Claremont killings.
