I trust that you have the VTS software as you have stated that you have already acessed the tune.
Click on the help text on the opening screen with the link between ecu and pc/laptop disconnected.

click on the index tab and scroll down to Intercooler spray digital input.

then click on wiring an auxiliary out put correctly

this will give you the information needed to get you sorted.

Forgot to mention on my sprayer power is supplied from a 12v source but the earth is from ecu (ecu triggers earth to activate sprayer)as it supples ground to compleat the circuit, but it is not the ground from the sx loom, rather confusing hence why I paid someone to do it who known the inner workings, easier and risk of damaging ecu zero due to opartor error..(May or may not make any sense had a few beers after work today)

That's what I thought... but may have had the plugs the wrong way around on the pump or something.

Will see what I can come up with
