Think I found it. South side of Old Toodyay Rd. Looks ideal. No Houses and the road leads to nowhere so should be no traffic. Nice and safe. Bitumen road leads into gravel.

Road with no name. closest reference point is the corner Dalgety Rd & Old Toodyay Rd, Red Hill WA. Then look south.

iso as low as possbile, chuck the camera in A/V mode and adjust the aperture until you get shutterspeeds round 1/125 and upwards play around with the shutterspeeds until you get the blur how you want.
